    Partnerships Lead

    Role Description

    The Partnerships Lead is responsible for building and managing strategic relationships that drive growth, visibility, and sustainability for FoundHer.

    This role focuses on identifying, securing, and nurturing partnerships with corporates, development organizations, and ecosystem players—ensuring every collaboration delivers mutual value.

    Key Responsibilities

    Identify and secure strategic partnerships aligned with FoundHer’s mission

    Develop partnership proposals, pitches, and collaboration frameworks

    Manage relationships with sponsors, partners, and stakeholders

    Work closely with programs and marketing teams to deliver partner commitments

    Drive funding opportunities, sponsorships, and ecosystem collaborations

    Track partnership performance and ensure long-term value creation

    Strong, value-driven partnerships that expand FoundHer’s reach, credibility, and financial sustainability.
