    Digital Growth & Marketing Manager

    Position Summary

    The Digital Growth & Marketing Manager is responsible for driving qualified traffic, engagement, and conversions across all digital platforms. This role focuses on increasing awareness, donations, volunteer recruitment, event registrations, product sales, and community partnerships through strategic digital marketing initiatives.

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
    • Increase website traffic, audience engagement, and conversion rates.
    • Manage and optimize social media, email marketing, and digital advertising campaigns.
    • Monitor analytics and report on campaign performance and key metrics.
    • Support fundraising, events, volunteer recruitment, and partnership initiatives.
    • Collaborate with the Brand & Content Strategist to maximize content reach and impact.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, Public Relations, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
    • Experience in digital marketing, social media, or growth marketing.
    • Knowledge of analytics, SEO, email marketing, and digital advertising.
    • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
