Being part of the Shine On Youth Discord Moderator Committee offers an engaging way to help create a safe, positive, and inclusive online space for youth. Committee members support the community’s wellbeing while gaining valuable digital communication and leadership experience. Key responsibilities and opportunities include:

Monitoring chat channels to ensure conversations stay respectful and aligned with community guidelines.

Welcoming new members and helping them navigate the server.

Assisting with conflict resolution and reporting issues when needed.

Finding creative ways to grow the server and encourage more youth to join and participate.

Collaborating with peers to suggest improvements, events, or new server features.
