    Description

    Buscamos un/a profesional del derecho en el tercer sector para la protección, ordenamiento legal y fortalecimiento patrimonial de la organización.

    Responsabilidades clave:

    🔹 Gestión IGJ: Manejo de trámites, presentaciones, requisitos formales ante la Inspección General de Justicia (IGJ), libros de actas y vida institucional.

    🔹 Gestión legal interna e IGJ: Manejo integral de trámites, presentaciones, dictámenes y requisitos formales ante la Inspección General de Justicia (IGJ), incluyendo reforma y actualización de estatutos, libros de actas y vida institucional.

    🔹 institucional: Asesoramiento, resguardo de los bienes de la organización.

    🔹 Gestión de recursos y derechos: Colaboración y seguimiento en el marco legal y articulación de recursos en materias de Salud y Discapacidad junto a RALS ONG.
