What you will do

As an Associate Consultant, you will join an area of expertise aligned with your strengths and interests, allowing you to maximize your impact and further develop your skills. Our team is structured into the following divisions:

• Project Management:

1. Develop new workflows and improve existing processes to help achieve client objectives and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
2. Work as a Project Manager across multiple consulting projects.
3. Ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and objectives are met.

• Client Acquisition:

1. Prospect and evaluate potential consulting projects that may be undertaken by our consultants.
2. Organize and conduct preliminary meetings with applicants to assess their alignment with Cuorian values, understand the scope of their projects, and evaluate their suitability for our associates.
3. Engage with a wide range of stakeholders, including startup founders and representatives of associations.

• Marketing and IT:

1. Select and manage communication channels to ensure clear and effective engagement with existing stakeholders.
2. Design and execute creative marketing campaigns aimed at attracting and engaging new audiences.
3. Contribute to the growth and development of the association’s brand identity, reputation, and overall brand awareness across our main social media platforms and website.

• Social Development:

1. Conduct both quantitative and qualitative analyses to measure and strengthen the social impact our association generates for clients and associates.
2. Identify new opportunities to address the 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals through the development and application of tailored impact frameworks.
3. Support the preparation of periodic reports evaluating the association’s overall performance and impact.

• Finance:

1. Manage financial matters to ensure the association has the resources needed to operate effectively and continue growing.
2. Apply for grants, identify and research potential sponsors, and contribute to securing external funding opportunities.
3. Identify and leverage opportunities to strengthen Cuora’s financial capabilities and long-term stability.

• Human Resources:

1. Manage selection processes, coordinate training initiatives, and communicate with partners to connect associates with professional opportunities.
2. Develop strong listening, mediation, and problem-solving skills through hands-on experience in people management.
3. Expand your professional network both within and beyond the association.

• Legal:

1. Gain hands-on experience in corporate governance and organizational legal structures.
2. Negotiate, draft, and manage contractual agreements with associates and third parties.
3. Strengthen your logical and critical reasoning skills while taking on new and complex challenges.

• Cuora Concept:

1. Work closely with the think tank branch, Cuora Concept, to integrate research insights into consulting projects where relevant.
2. Conduct research, benchmarking, and strategic analysis to support client deliverables.
3. Assist in developing presentations, reports, and strategic recommendations.

What we are looking for

We welcome motivated students or recent graduates who:

• ⁠Have a strong interest in sustainability, strategy, economics, public policy, or social impact.
• Demonstrate strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• ⁠ ⁠Possess solid research, writing, and communication abilities (or are eager to develop them).
• ⁠ ⁠Are proactive, reliable, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
• ⁠ ⁠Can manage a part-time commitment alongside studies or early professional experiences.
