Operations Coordinator

SMAK is seeking a reliable and organized volunteer to help manage the day-to-day operations of our growing nonprofit. The Operations Coordinator will work directly with the founder to organize projects, track deadlines, coordinate tasks, and keep initiatives moving forward.

The coordinator will use Monday.com to maintain SMAK’s project boards, timelines, action items, and organizational information. This role will also help identify what needs attention, follow up on outstanding tasks, and create simple systems that keep the organization running smoothly.

This is a primarily remote role with occasional in-person support for major SMAK events. Monday.com experience is helpful but not required; training will be provided.
