    Description

Tiny Cat Animal Rescue is seeking a Partnerships & Sponsorships Coordinator to own all outreach to veterinary practices, local businesses, and national companies to secure in-kind donations, discounts, and sponsorships. This is a proactive, relationship-driven role — you’ll be identifying opportunities, reaching out, and building the kind of community support that helps TCAR operate and grow. The Partnerships & Sponsorships Coordinator works closely with the Director of Development and reports any contract-level agreements to the Executive Director.

    What You’ll Do

    • Identify and pursue veterinary partnerships offering rescue discounts, waived fees, pro bono care, or donated supplies and medications
    • Build and maintain relationships with local and national businesses for cat supply donations, discounts, and sponsorships
    • Pursue a donated or discounted transport vehicle for TCAR
    • Secure adopter and foster discounts and perks from local businesses and vet clinics
    • Coordinate design and ordering of business cards and outreach materials
    • Maintain organized tracking of outreach contacts and partnerships in TCAR’s Outreach Tracker

    Ideal Qualities

    • Comfortable reaching out cold to businesses and organizations
    • Professional written communication skills
    • Self-directed and proactive — you don’t need to be told what to do next
    • Organized and consistent about logging outreach efforts
    • Interest in nonprofit development, community partnerships, or business development

    Commitment

    • Approximately 2–4 hours per week, flexible (you set your own pace) and remote-friendly.
