    Schedule: Flexible, but must be available for meetings in the Eastern Time (ET) zone

    About the Role

    We’re looking for an organized, energetic, and people-friendly Conference Coordinator to help us bring virtual conferences, panels, workshops, and music industry conversations to life. If you love planning, coordinating moving pieces, and making events run smoothly without losing your cool (or your playlist), this role is for you.

    What You’ll Do

    • Coordinate conference planning and scheduling
    • Communicate with speakers, guests, and team members
    • Help manage virtual event logistics and timelines
    • Support meeting coordination and follow-ups
    • Ensure events run smoothly and professionally
    • Collaborate with creative and operations teams

    What We’re Looking For

    • Strong organization and communication skills
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
    • Comfortable working remotely with an international team
    • Availability for meetings in the ET time zone
    • Experience in event coordination is a plus, but not required
    • Passion for music, creativity, and community-building
