    Human Health Project (HHP) is a holistic health literacy charity. Our mission is to improve the health of the underserved and vulnerable through holistic information, education and advocacy.     We are seeking a talented Business Analyst (BA) whose chief role will be helping HHP implement technology solutions in an efficient and effective manner by determining the requirements of a project and communicating them clearly to all stakeholders, facilitators, and partners.

    • The BA reviews, assesses and develops business processes, with a focus is on the effective use of resources, both people, and technology, in the execution of the HHP’s mission.
    • The BA functions in a liaison capacity, using business-planning and IT expertise to analyze and translate business requirements into system deployments and/or business process changes.
    • The BA also acts as a change agent to help facilitate effective deployments/modifications to current practices. With minimal supervision, the BA will take the lead in eliciting requirements, its analysis & translation into specifications.
    • The BA will also manage requirements and communicate them to all stakeholders.
    • The BA will also use requirements to drive the design or review of test cases, process change requests, and manage a project’s scope, acceptance, installation, and deployment. This will include assessing and validating the organization’s activities to determine if a solution has fulfilled the requirements.

    Required Skills:

    • Familiarity with healthcare programs a plus and ability to understand HHP’s vision, mission, and plans. Help bring awareness and support for HHP's programs.
    • Written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills.
    • Documenting use cases, understanding of systems engineering concepts, techniques, and methods. Leadership.
    • Ability to work collaboratively.
