    Typical patient visit: about 1 hour per week per patient — but you choose your level of involvement. Some volunteers visit multiple patients, while others help in the office or support events, giving as much time as they’re able.

    Description

    I’d love to meet with you in person to talk more about what hospice volunteering looks like and answer any questions you may have. We can schedule a time to sit down over a cup of coffee and discuss how your time, skills, and compassion can make a difference.

    No medical experience is required — just a kind heart and a desire to make a difference. We provide training, flexible scheduling, and ongoing support so you can volunteer in a way that fits your lifestyle.

    📅 Please let us know with a few dates and times that work for you, and we’ll set up a time to meet. I’m happy to meet at our Wichita office or at a coffee shop near you — whichever is most convenient.

    From there, I’ll walk you through the next steps — completing your application, scheduling onboarding, and helping you get started in a role that’s meaningful and fulfilling for you.
