Description
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Audio Visual Volunteer with a background in event production to join our team for an upcoming 11th anniversary nonprofit gala event in the Atlanta area on October 24, 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, manage and if possible donate audio-visual equipment for the event.
- Collaborate with event organizers to ensure all technical needs are met.
- Troubleshoot any audio-visual issues during the event.
- Work alongside other volunteers to create a seamless experience for attendees.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in audio-visual production and event support.
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical proficiency.
- Passion for event production and creating engaging experiences.
- Must be available for pre-event meetings via Zoom and in person on the day of the event.
