    Key Responsibilities

    • Communicate in the Founder’s voice, tone, and style when authorized.

    • Coordinate communications with partners, team members, and external stakeholders.
    • Track important tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups.
    • Assist with travel, events, and other executive logistics when needed.
    • Support the Founder with administrative and special projects.
    • Handle confidential information with discretion.

    Requirements

    • Must be currently based in the United States.
    • Must have experience with events
    • Background in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
    • Strong email management and written communication skills.
    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
    • Ability to write professionally in another person's voice.
    • Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
    • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
    • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or similar tools.
    • High level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability.
    • Willing to travel when needed

Who Would Be a Great Fit?

    Someone who is:

    • Highly organized and proactive.
    • Comfortable working directly with a Founder/CEO.
    • Excellent at managing emails and keeping track of follow-ups.
    • Strong with numbers and financial information.
    • A clear and confident communicator.
    • Able to anticipate needs rather than waiting to be told what to do.
    • Passionate about contributing to a mission-driven organization.

If you are based in the United States, have a finance background, and are looking for an opportunity to support senior leadership in a mission-driven organization, we would love to hear from you.
