We care for adult patients of all ages. Our patients live at home or in facilities throughout Houston. Trinity's service area is about a 50-mile radius from the Westpark area. An initial screening and training process is required. We offer flexible schedules, support and guidance throughout your volunteer journey, from a seasoned volunteer coordinator with 16 years of experience.
