    Description

    A friendly visit can make all the difference in the world to a person on hospice care. As a Heartland Hospice volunteer, you will be a valued member of the professional team that cares for our patients. You will receive free orientation and training and will be able to meet patients where they live to read, share stories, listen to music, provide respite for family members. It ensures that patients spend the end of their life in dignity and comfort. Heartland Hospice stresses human values that go beyond the physical needs of the patient.

    Looking for volunteers in: Antrim, Benzie, Grand Traverse, Kalkaska, Leelanau and Wexford.
