Description
As a community outreach manager, your role will be to reach out to local nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and other communities to offer participation in our Senior Pen Pal Program. Email outreach is required, but phone calls are optional. Work on your own time, any number of hours. All hours are eligible for a volunteer sign off.
We are not an active nonprofit as of right now - but plan to be in the future!
Requirements:
Friendly and professional
Comfortable sending emails and making occasional phone calls
Organized and able to keep basic outreach records or notes
Able to follow occasional scripting
Passionate about helping others
