    Description

Board Member – Mental Health, Nonprofit, Governance & Social Impact

VieroMind is building culturally grounded mental-health, education, and institutional-support infrastructure designed to expand access in underserved communities.

Our wider ecosystem includes digital mental-health tools, professional and institutional learning through VieroMind Academy, community education, practitioner-support infrastructure, and partnerships with universities and community organizations. Our work has strong roots in Pakistan, while building toward responsible regional and international growth.

VieroMind Foundation, Inc. is currently forming its U.S. nonprofit governance, board structure, policies, and federal tax-exemption pathway. A separate nonprofit structure is also being developed in Pakistan.

    The Board Opportunity

We’re building a multidisciplinary founding board for VieroMind Foundation and seeking experienced professionals who can bring meaningful expertise to a specific area of board oversight.

Priority backgrounds include: nonprofit governance, finance and risk, fundraising and philanthropy, mental or public health, higher education, community impact, responsible technology and data governance, and international development.

Board members will contribute within their area of expertise while supporting strong governance, accountability, partnerships, funding strategy, and responsible growth.

Candidates should have professional, academic, civic, or board-level experience in the area they would represent.

The role is remote and requires approximately 4–6 hours per month. Final appointments follow an introductory conversation, due diligence, conflict disclosure, and formal board approval.
