    Description

Board Member (Volunteer) – Mental Health & Governance

VieroMind is building ethical, culturally grounded digital mental-health infrastructure beginning in Pakistan and designed to scale regionally and globally.

We are forming a nonprofit foundation under Pakistan’s Section 42 regulatory framework, alongside an integrated education and standards arm. Through current and expanding partnerships with universities and community organizations, we have led mental health awareness initiatives and begun building structured, ethical digital support systems. At the same time, strengthening our clinical advisory leadership and governance, to ensure our work remains culturally grounded and regulator-ready.

VieroMind is developing scalable, compliance-conscious mental health systems that prioritize ethical AI use, practitioner integrity, and culturally responsive care delivery, in underserved regions.

    Board Opportunity

VieroMind seeks experienced and mission-aligned board members to support governance, institutional credibility, and long-term infrastructure development.

We are particularly interested in individuals with backgrounds in:

    • Nonprofit governance and regulatory compliance
    • Global health policy or public health systems
    • Mental health, psychology, or clinical education
    • AI ethics, digital health, or data governance
    • Philanthropy, grant strategy, or institutional partnerships
    • Social impact strategy and cross-border scaling

    Board members will contribute by:

    • Providing governance oversight and strategic guidance
    • Supporting institutional partnerships and funding alignment
    • Strengthening regulatory and compliance posture
    • Advancing ethical standards as we scale

This is a governance-focused role, not an operational position.
