    Description

Time commitment: ~2–3 hours per week

    Location: Remote

Compensation: Unpaid, volunteer role (not a board position)

    Purpose of the role

Lightweight operations support so you are not alone with all the “glue work”: scheduling, organizing docs, and simple follow-up.

    Key responsibilities:

Pick only what you truly need right now; for example:

    • Scheduling & calendar support
      • Help confirm times and send calendar invites for:
        • Board meetings
        • Podcast recordings
        • Key partner calls
    • Basic document organization
      • File documents into the correct Google Drive folders (using an existing structure you provide).
      • Help keep a simple “Current Projects” doc up to date (one sheet / one Notion page).
    • Light communication support
      • Draft follow-up emails from templates (e.g., “Thank you for meeting with us – here are next steps”), for you to review and send.
    • Ops checklists
      • Help update a few checklists (e.g., podcast production steps, board packet steps) as you refine them.

    What this role is not

    • Not a board member and has no fiduciary or legal responsibility.
    • Not responsible for fundraising targets.
    • Not responsible for making strategic decisions — they support the ED.

    Ideal profile

    • Likes checklists and light project coordination.
    • Comfortable with Google Drive, calendar invites, and basic online tools.
    • Reliable with time; can commit to a small but consistent weekly contribution.

    Instructions:

Please briefly answer the following in your message:

    1. What draws you to volunteer with InclusiVibe Foundation, and with this specific role?
    2. What skills or experiences do you bring that feel most relevant (this can include lived experience, caregiving, or professional/academic work)?
    3. How many hours per week can you realistically and sustainably offer over the next 3–6 months, and what time zone are you in?

You are welcome, but you don't need to attach a short resume or share relevant projects. Please also let us know about any access needs, pacing preferences, or communication styles that help you participate safely and comfortably. We review Idealist submissions and will follow up with next steps if it looks like a good mutual fit.
