Location: Remote (International Team)

Duration: Short-term project (estimated 2-4 weeks, depending on pace)

Time Commitment: Flexible - estimated 5-10 hours/week, sometimes less. Work at your own pace.

About the Project:

We're building an AI-powered resume builder that helps job seekers create professional resumes through conversation. Think of it as having a helpful career coach guide you through the process instead of staring at a blank document.

We've made great progress, but need help polishing some areas.

1. AI Chatbot Refinement
   • Fine-tune how our chatbot collects user information
   • Make sure it follows a structured flow and enhances properly
   • Test and improve the overall experience
2. Resume Generation Quality
   • Ensure downloaded resumes actually contain what users entered (currently missing some content)
   • Match output to professional template styles
   • Debug the data flow from user input to the final document

You'd Be Great If You

• Have experience with AI/LLM prompt engineering
• Have experience with Typescript, Tailwind, OpenAI API, and Supabase
• Understand how to write clear, effective system prompts
• Can debug data flow issues (user input to output)
• Patient enough to test chatbot conversations repeatedly
