    Description

    Dream Builders Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting at-risk youth and individuals impacted by the justice system through mentorship, workforce development, reentry support, and life coaching.

    As we expand into Baltimore City and County, we are seeking a skilled grant writer to help us secure funding that will directly impact the communities we serve.

    ole Overview

    We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Grant Writer to support 3–5 upcoming grant applications. This is a project-based volunteer opportunity with the potential for ongoing collaboration as we grow.

    Responsibilities

    • Research and identify relevant grant opportunities (if needed)
    • Write, edit, and submit compelling grant proposals
    • Align proposals with Dream Builders Foundation’s mission and programs
    • Collaborate with leadership to gather required program and budget details
    • Ensure all deadlines are met

    Qualifications

    • Proven experience in grant writing (nonprofit preferred)
    • Strong writing, editing, and research skills
    • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
    • Familiarity with grants related to youth services, reentry, workforce development, or community programs is a plus
