    Join us in making a meaningful impact at Epilepsy Awareness Day at Walt Disney World on Saturday, April 25th! This inspiring event is the East Coast’s largest gathering of epilepsy physicians, patients, families, and advocates, and we need your help to make it unforgettable.

    📍 Location: Disney’s Contemporary Resort

    🕒 Volunteer Shifts Available:

    • Morning: 8:00am – 4:00pm
    • Evening: 5:00pm – 8:00pm
    • All-Day: 8:00am – 8:00pm

    About the Event:

    The expo brings together an incredible community, featuring non-profit support groups, epilepsy centers, medical professionals, pharmaceutical and product manufacturers, seizure dogs and their trainers, and experts from around the world.

    Volunteer Opportunities Include:

    • Assisting with expo setup and breakdown
    • Supporting vendors and exhibitors
    • Helping with registration and guest check-in
    • Providing directions and general event support
    • Assisting with the Family Celebration Party in the evening

    🍽️ Perks:

    Lunch will be provided for volunteers.

    Whether you can give a few hours or the whole day, your time and energy will help create a welcoming and impactful experience for everyone attending.
