Fundraising Specialist

WinWinLabs, a rapidly growing nonprofit consulting company and gamified crowdfunding platform, is seeking a passionate and experienced Volunteer Fundraising Specialist to join our team!

We empower nonprofits, charities, startups, and small businesses to achieve their missions through innovative consulting and our unique crowdfunding platform.

What You'll Do:

• Provide expert fundraising consulting to our client organizations, including nonprofits, charities, startups, and small businesses.

• Develop and implement effective fundraising strategies tailored to client needs.

• Assist clients in identifying and securing funding opportunities, including grants, sponsorships, and individual donations.

• Guide clients in utilizing our gamified crowdfunding platform to maximize their fundraising potential.

• Conduct fundraising workshops and training sessions.

• Analyze fundraising data and provide recommendations for improvement.

• Stay up-to-date on fundraising trends and best practices.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in fundraising, preferably within the nonprofit sector.

• Strong understanding of fundraising principles, strategies, and techniques.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Passion for empowering organizations to achieve their missions.

• Knowledge of grant writing, donor cultivation, and fundraising software is a plus.

• Experience with crowdfunded platforms is a plus.

• A positive, can-do attitude.
