    📋 WHAT YOU'LL DO:

    • Identify Opportunities: Find and vet high-quality jobs, internships, and skills-building trainings.
    • Build Partnerships: Outreach to new community partners and maintain long-term relationships with local employers.
    • Track Placements: Monitor youth progress in roles and provide feedback on their performance.
    • Champion Success: Offer a safe, supportive environment while advocating for youth as they enter the workforce.
    • Collaborate: Work closely with the team to ensure our youth are matched with roles that fit their passions.

    ⏱ COMMITMENT: 3–5 hours/week 🎯
