Description
The Pascommuck Conservation Trust (PCT) is searching for a treasurer. The board of this non-profit is all volunteer.
Treasurer tasks currently include the following, but the board is open to delegating if/add needed:
- maintaining organizational fiscal records
- bookkeeping with QuickBooks Online
- keep state and federal sales tax‐exempt status current
- preparation of monthly and annual Treasurer reports for the board
- monitor trust insurance policies
- process donations from fundraising events
- calculate and pay state lottery taxes on raffle sales
- set up accounts with bank account tie in for social media/payment platforms
- coordinate with committees on budgeting
- monitor and manage trust’s insurance coverage (property, B&O, AD&D)
