    Description

    Shalom House Dinner Ministry

    Provide a meal for our 15 residents at Shalom House men's transitional living program!

    Catholic Charities is seeking volunteers to support the residents of Shalom House - our men’s transitional living program - by providing dinner throughout the week. This opportunity is for individuals, families or groups to commit to prepare and deliver a nutritious meal. Volunteers are encouraged - but not required - to serve and eat with residents (must be 18 or older to serve and eat with residents). Our Dinner Ministry is 100% volunteer driven and we are grateful of the care and effort that our volunteers make to ensure our brothers are nourished. There are many opportunities Monday-Sunday to get involved. Food must be delivered between 5:00PM-5:30PM to our residence located at 2601 Ridge Avenue - Kansas City, KS 66102.
