A Festival of Arts and Learning gathers families, children, and others in celebrations of art and creativity, revealing the hidden strengths every community has.

During a Festival, streets are transformed, and everyone's invited to come together for painting, collaborative games, theater, storytelling, photography, dance, etc. Barriers of mistrust are overcome, and community ties are strengthened.
