    Opportunity Summary

    The Loud Tadpole Foundation for Hearing is seeking a volunteer website designer/developer to help refine and redesign our public-facing website as we prepare for launch. We currently have a draft version of our site built in Squarespace, and this role will focus on improving the existing structure, layout, and user experience.

    This is a flexible, project-based opportunity ideal for someone who enjoys shaping clean, accessible, mission-driven websites for growing organizations.

    What You’ll Do

    • Refine and redesign our existing Squarespace website
    • Improve visual hierarchy, clarity, and overall user experience
    • Ensure the site is mobile-friendly and accessible
    • Collaborate with our founders on content flow and layout
    • Support implementation and light updates within Squarespace

    Who This Is For
