    Branch Director

    Role Overview

    The Branch Director is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing all Constillate Chapters and Clubs within an assigned region. This role ensures consistency, accountability, and growth across local branches while serving as the primary point of contact between chapter leadership and Constillate National. The Branch Director plays a critical role in maintaining operational standards and expanding Constillate’s impact.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee and support all Constillate Chapters and Clubs within the assigned branch
    • Supervise Chapter Directors and Club Presidents, providing guidance and accountability
    • Ensure all chapters and clubs align with Constillate’s mission, policies, and goals
    • Monitor performance, progress, and compliance across branches
    • Assist with onboarding, training, and evaluations of chapter and club leadership
    • Identify growth opportunities and support the launch of new chapters and clubs
    • Report updates, challenges, and outcomes to Constillate National Leadership
    • Serve as a representative of Constillate in regional or external engagements

    Qualifications

    • Proven leadership experience in student organizations, nonprofits, or community initiatives
    • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to manage multiple teams and priorities across locations
    • Passion for social impact and youth/community leadership development
    • Reliable, proactive, and capable of working independently

    Time Commitment

    • Approximately 4–8 hours per week, depending on branch activity
