    ✨ About the Crowned & Called Career Institute™

    The Crowned & Called Career Institute™ is a faith‑centered, professional development program designed to equip women to lead with purpose, serve with excellence, and walk boldly in their God‑given calling. We blend practical career readiness with spiritual formation, creating a transformational space where women grow in confidence, clarity, and community.

    We are currently welcoming new participants for our biweekly virtual gatherings, beginning Saturday, April 11th from 10 AM to 12 PM EST.

    If you are a woman seeking career support, leadership development, or spiritual encouragement — this is a place created with you in mind.

    🌿 What Participants Experience (2‑Hour Virtual Gathering)

    1. Virtual Welcome & Empowerment Huddle (20 minutes)

    A warm, Spirit‑filled start to your morning:

    • Worship music as you enter
    • Greetings and connection in the chat
    • Scripture encouragement
    • Devotional teaching
    • Testimony or praise report
    • Polls, chat prompts, or pair‑share breakout

    Purpose: Build connection, joy, and spiritual alignment online.

    1. Virtual Career Development Stations (Breakout Rooms — 45 minutes)

    Receive real‑time support from trained volunteers in breakout rooms:

    • Resume & Branding Room
    • Laptop Lab (job search + applications)
    • Mock Interview Room
    • Dress for Success Room
    • Prayer & Encouragement Room

    Purpose: Provide personalized, actionable support in a digital environment.

    1. Teaching & Empowerment Experience (35 minutes)

    A practical, faith‑centered lesson that strengthens both skill and spirit:

    • Scripture foundation
    • Screen‑shared slides or worksheets
    • Practical career instruction
    • Chat engagement
    • Optional breakout discussions

    Purpose: Deliver teaching that is interactive, relevant, and accessible.

    Participants journey through a repeating cycle of six themes:

    1. Identity, Calling & Confidence — “You are Crowned & Called.”
    2. Resume & Professional Branding — “Write the Vision.”
    3. Job Search Strategy & Cover Letters — “Seek and You Shall Find.”
    4. Interview Skills & Dress for Success — “Speak with Authority.”
    5. Leadership, Communication & Faith in the Workplace — “Lead with Grace.”
    6. Career Advancement & Purpose Pathways — “Walk in Purpose.”

    Each theme includes worksheets, tools, and faith‑centered affirmations.
