    Board Member – Peach Corps Inc. Chronic Illness Advocacy & Joyful Community Care

    Location: Remote (Bronx-based nonprofit with national reach)

    Type: Volunteer Board Position

    Start Date: Rolling

    Time Commitment: 4–6 hours/month

    Do you believe in joyful healing, intersectional care, and amplifying the voices of chronic illness warriors and caregivers? Peach Corps Inc. is seeking dynamic, mission-driven board members to help us grow our impact and sustain our glow.

    🌟 About Peach Corps Inc.

    We are a nonprofit rooted in advocacy, cultural celebration, and trauma-informed programming for those living with PCOS, Endometriosis, Adenomyosis, and other multisystemic chronic illnesses. We center BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities, caregivers, and youth—building spaces where care is culture and joy is resistance.

    🧡 What We’re Looking For

    We’re building our board from the ground up and seeking individuals with:

    • Governance experience or nonprofit leadership background
    • Passion for chronic illness advocacy, equity, and community care
    • Skills in:
    • Public health or healthcare systems
    • Legal expertise (nonprofit law, compliance, or advocacy)
    • Social media strategy and digital engagement
    • Marketing and communications
    • Fundraising, finance, or strategic planning
    • Willingness to collaborate, energize others, and show up with heart
