We are on the search for a Virtual Marketing Assistant to help us champion two of our life-changing programs: Entry-Level Career Training for Women and our Leadership & Employability Training for Girls!

📝 What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be the voice of our digital community! With a commitment of just 4 hours a week, you will:

• Create & Schedule: Craft and schedule compelling, visual posts 2x per week across our LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram pages.
• Strategize & Campaign: Put on your creative thinking cap to help us develop exciting marketing campaigns for upcoming fundraisers and our training programs.
• Engage: Help us inspire, connect, and interact with our amazing online community to build a strong digital presence.

✔️ What We’re Looking For

• Age: Must be 18 or older.
• The Platforms: You must have active, personal experience navigating LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Tech Savvy: Must be familiar and comfortable with Google Workspace (e.g., Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides).
• The Vibe: You have a natural knack for social media, at least a basic knowledge of digital marketing tools (like Canva), and exceptional writing skills.
• Commitment: Reliable and able to dedicate 4 hours a week virtually. We are super flexible on when you work those hours—you do you!
