    Description

    Dog Adoption Event Van Driver

    Do you enjoy driving? Would you like to help homeless dogs get adopted? We'd like to put you in the driver's seat of our Adoption Event Van to transport dogs from our Rescue Care Center in Falls Church, VA to adoption events on Saturdays and Sundays. Drivers need to be able to devote 4-6 hours on the day of the event to assist with loading the dogs, driving to the event, staying on site, then driving back. Scheduling is flexible; you can sign up as often for shifts as you would like, or just once a month.

    We provide an orientation session to familiarize you with our Care Center and with the vans. These are large passenger or cargo-style vans.

    Minimum age requirement is 21 for this role, with valid driver's license and clear driving record (no tickets, no pending cases). We are not able to accomodate service hours validation for this role.
