    Description

Crimson Academy of Kagina is looking for a versatile, visionary educator to fill the role of Special Projects Coordinator. This unique position balances hands-on primary education with high-level academic strategy. You will be responsible for shaping young minds in the classroom while simultaneously building the research and vocational foundations of the Academy.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Primary Instruction: Deliver engaging, high-quality lessons to primary school-aged students, fostering a creative and disciplined learning environment.
    • Research Management: Identify, oversee, and develop institutional research interests. You will bridge the gap between academic theory and the Academy’s practical needs, ensuring we remain at the forefront of educational innovation.
    • Vocational Development: Design and implement a robust Trade School Curriculum. This involves identifying key labor market needs and creating specialized training modules for older students transitioning into technical careers.
    • Strategic Planning: Lead "Special Projects" that align with the Academy’s expansion, including community outreach and resource procurement for new programs.

    Required Qualifications

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Curriculum Development, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
    • Experience: Proven track range in primary school teaching and a background in curriculum design or vocational training.
    • Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, the ability to manage independent research, and a "builder" mindset suited for a growing institution.
