ABOUT THE POSITION
Responsibilities
- Lead PFLAG LA's fundraising efforts. Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies to support PFLAG LA's financial sustainability and growth.
- Partner with Treasurer to align fundraising goals with budgetary needs and financial reporting.
- Cultivate relationships with individual donors, corporate sponsors, and foundation partners.
Qualifications
- Experience in fundraising, development, or similar for nonprofit organizations.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills for donor cultivation and engagement.
- Familiarity with nonprofit financial management and budgeting processes.
- Knowledge of LGBTQ+ community and nonprofit sector, preferred.
