    ABOUT THE POSITION

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies to support PFLAG LA's financial sustainability and growth.
    • Partner with Treasurer to align fundraising goals with budgetary needs and financial reporting.
    • Cultivate relationships with individual donors, corporate sponsors, and foundation partners.

    Qualifications

    • Experience in fundraising, development, or similar for nonprofit organizations.
    • Strong relationship-building and communication skills for donor cultivation and engagement.
    • Familiarity with nonprofit financial management and budgeting processes.
    • Knowledge of LGBTQ+ community and nonprofit sector, preferred.

    3. Final Interview (30-minute Zoom) with 1-2 interviewers.
    4. Invitation (and Board Vote, if Chair).
    5. Complete onboarding/training.
