    Description

Music has always found its way into the hardest moments. It comforts, it opens doors, it reminds people of who they are — even when so much else has faded. At Uplift Hospice, we are looking for musicians and music therapists who want to offer that gift to patients and families walking through end-of-life care.

Whether you are a board-certified music therapist (MT-BC) or a skilled musician with a heart for meaningful service, there is a place for you here. You will work alongside our care team to bring live music, songwriting opportunities, legacy projects, and therapeutic listening experiences to patients in their homes or care facilities.

Ideal candidates have: A background in music therapy, performance, or music education. MT-BC certification is a plus but not required for all roles. Comfort working in emotionally sensitive environments.

The song you play might be the one a family remembers forever. If you're ready to use your gift this way, we'd love to hear from you.
