    About Love Without Violence:

Love Without Violence is a nonprofit dedicated to spreading domestic violence awareness, fostering healthy relationships, and breaking the stigma around abuse. We create impactful content that educates, empowers, and uplifts survivors and advocates for lasting change.

    Role Overview:

We’re looking for a passionate Volunteer Videographer / Photographer to help capture and create compelling visual content for LWOV. Your creativity will help us amplify voices, share survivor stories, and promote our message through videos and photos across social media, our website, and other platforms.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Shoot high-quality photos and videos for social media campaigns, awareness events, workshops, and promotional materials
    • Edit and produce engaging content tailored for different platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
    • Collaborate closely with the LWOV team to develop visual storytelling ideas that align with our mission
    • Organize and maintain a digital archive of media assets for ongoing use
    • Occasionally assist with live streaming or virtual event recording

    Skills & Qualifications:

    • Experience in videography and photography, with proficiency in editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, Canva, or similar)
    • Strong storytelling skills and a creative eye for impactful content
    • Comfortable working independently and communicating with a team
    • Own equipment is a plus but not required
    • Commitment to LWOV’s mission and respect for the sensitive nature of domestic violence content

    Time Commitment:

Flexible and project-based; mostly during events or content shoots, with some remote editing work.

    What You’ll Gain:

    • Meaningful volunteer experience making a difference in domestic violence awareness
    • Opportunity to build a portfolio with socially impactful content
    • Collaboration with a passionate, mission-driven team
    • Being part of a community dedicated to healing, education, and empowerment
