Position Summary

The Contract Manager Contractor provides leadership and oversight of contract operations, compliance, client coordination, and team performance on a commission basis.

This role focuses on managing contract workflows, ensuring quality and compliance, and supporting overall business development efforts.

Compensation

As a 1099 Contractor, you will earn 5% commission on the total value of each successful client contract that becomes a paying business client of Cherrie Give Resultz, where the client was sourced or supported through Contract Specialist efforts that you managed or oversaw.

Commissions are paid upon receipt of payment from the client and are subject to applicable tax reporting (Form 1099-NEC). No base pay, benefits, or guaranteed minimum compensation is provided.

Contractor Responsibilities

Contractors may engage in:

• Overseeing contract documentation and lifecycle processes
• Managing and coordinating contract-related workflows
• Leading review of contract processes and performance metrics
• Supporting compliance and audit activities
• Guiding Contract Specialists on best practices
• Collaborating with Sales and leadership on strategic initiatives

Participation Expectations

• Deliver consistent leadership and team performance results
• Maintain regular communication with the Contract Director
• Meet agreed-upon team targets and deadlines

Work Environment

This is a remote, independent contractor role involving senior-level collaboration while maintaining independent scheduling and autonomy.

Contractor Nature
