Indy Film Fest Venue Managers oversee on-site operations and lead volunteer teams at our festival locations. They ensure screenings run smoothly and guests have a welcoming, organized experience.
Pre-Festival Responsibilities
- Participate in venue walkthroughs and operational planning
- Review layouts, accessibility, and safety procedures
- Assist with volunteer coordination and readiness
Festival Responsibilities
- Supervise front-of-house volunteers
- Coordinate screening readiness with Projectionist Managers
- Support box office flow and audience management
- Oversee concessions and merchandise sales operations
- Ensure all-access pass holders are properly accommodated
- Address guest concerns and escalate as needed
- Maintain communication with Festival leadership
Ideal Skills
Leadership experience, strong customer service orientation, ability to manage teams in a fast-paced environment.
