It's time to launch the 2026 NAMIWalks Greater LA County Mental Health Fest!

We appreciate your passion and commitment to keeping NAMI GLAC's resources free and available by volunteering at the Walk last May.

Do you also want to help make the Walk a fun and impactful event that changes the lives of Angelenos impacted by mental illness? Join our Walk Committee and be part of the event that reflects the exciting and dynamic community we live in! Volunteer alongside others who are putting mental health as a priority for themselves and others.

We are looking for members of these committees:

• Volunteer Committee - plays a crucial role in creating awareness of NAMIWalks within LA County and the overall success of the event through volunteer recruitment and management.
• Sponsorship Committee - cultivates, strengthens, and retains relationships with past sponsors, in addition to prospecting, engaging, and recruiting new sponsors.
• Team Recruitment - plays a crucial role in creating awareness of NAMIWalks within the community and the overall success of the event through recruitment and retention efforts.
• Logistics Committee - coordinates a safe, fun, and seamless NAMIWalks experience.
• Marketing Committee - create and implement a publicity and marketing strategy, including cultivating relationships with community influencers and media outlets.
