    Description

    Kateri Fund Board Member

The Kateri Tekakwitha Fund is a small 501 (1) (c) non-profit organization which works with Guatemalan Indigenous women as they work to improve their lives through education and access to meaningful work. The values that guide our work are

Education is the key to personal growth and social change.

Empowered women are the foundation for building strong families and communities.

People, when asked, know what they need to improve their lives.

Listening to local voices will promote collaboration and mutual respect.

Our staff are local Indigenous women. We provide internships and scholarships for training in the Healthcare careers.

If this sounds like what you want for women in the future, join our Board and support the work of the Managing Director and Guatemalan staff.
