Are you passionate about gaming culture and live production? We are looking for a high-energy, technically-minded Broadcast Crew to help bring our Wednesday Weekly gaming events to life! From high-stakes Fighting game matches to retro gaming showdowns at Dave & Buster’s Atlantic Center, you’ll be the gears behind the scenes making the magic happen.

Key Responsibilities:

• Live Production: Operate streaming software (OBS or Streamlabs, ) to manage scene transitions, overlays, and live graphics.
• Camera Operation: Set up and manage high-quality camera angles for gameplay "top-downs," player face-cams, and wide shots of the event floor.
• Audio Management: Monitor and mix audio levels, ensuring commentators and game sounds are crisp and balanced in a loud environment.
• Engagement: Monitor live chats across platforms (Twitch/YouTube) and coordinate with event hosts for Q&A or community shout-outs.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Quickly resolve any connectivity or hardware issues to ensure a smooth, uninterrupted broadcast.
• Content Clipping: Identify and capture "hype moments" or game-winning plays for post-event social media reels.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Technical Fluency: Proven experience with streaming platforms and basic video production hardware (DSLRs, capture cards, mixers).
• Gaming Knowledge: A genuine interest in Fighting games, TCGs (Magic, Pokémon), Retro Games, or Board Games is a huge plus! You should know a "big play" when you see one.
• Adaptability: Ability to think on your feet in a fast-paced, high-energy environment like Dave & Buster's.
• Communication: Strong teamwork skills; you’ll be working closely with commentators, players, and event coordinators.
• Reliability: Must be available for the Wednesday night shifts (6 PM – 11 PM) at our Brooklyn location.
