    About Us

    QRFup is dedicated to providing crisis intervention, mental health support and suicide prevention resources for Veterans and First Responders. We work to ensure that those who have served or are currently serving our communities receive the critical care and support they need during times of crisis. We need you as a volunteer to ensure our mission is a success. If you have time you'd like to dedicate to the men and women who serve you and your community, QRFup is a great way to do that.

    QRFup is self funded by its Board of Directors. Everyone is a volunteer, with the majority of positions being as-needed part-time. We are licensed in the United States, which means anyone who volunteers for us must live within the United States. Applications outside of the United States are not considered.

    Position Summary:

    As the Partnership Coordinator, you will live anywhere in the United States or its territories. This position is responsible for coordinating all aspects of QRFup's partnerships with supporting organizations. You are the primary person responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with corporate, company and organization partners, including scheduling and facilitating partner promotions. The position is also responsible for creating new and renewing existing partnerships, including identifying, researching, qualifying and negotiating with potential and existing partners. You are expected to take necessary steps to understand the needs and interests of partners, potential partners, staff, volunteers, and membership in order for the program to achieve the highest potential value for all parties

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Maintain regular communication with partners to ensure continued success of the relationship.
    • Collaborate with the Public Affairs leader and other staff to identify opportunities for partner promotions and develop a schedule for these promotions.
    • Communicate needs and opportunities with the partners and collect the necessary materials, commitments and approvals for all promotions.
    • Build and send partner emails based on the agreed upon schedules and with content provided by the partners.
    • Ensure all agreed to commitments for partner promotions are met in an adequate manner.
    • Identify and negotiate new and renewed partnership agreements.

    Qualifications:

    • Passion for supporting veterans, first responders, and mental health causes.
    • Organizational and communication skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to identify needs through investigative dialog leading to new and creative solutions.
    • Potential to lead others, be slef motiviated with minimal supervision.
    • Comfortable working with various people and in emotionally sensitive or blunt environments.
