Action Stars is an adaptive fitness program for individuals 8 years and older with special needs and/or physical disabilities. This modified program is all about promoting physical activity, building confidence, and most importantly --- having FUN in a supportive and encouraging environment.
This program occurs Fridays from 4:00 pm - 7:00 om
