Building South Asian Civic Engagement in Texas

    Volunteer with SAAVETX Education Fund

Help Build Educated Voters Across Texas

SAAVETX Education Fund is a nonpartisan organization dedicated to strengthening civic participation within South Asian communities across Texas. We believe informed voters build stronger communities — and volunteers are at the heart of that work.

We are seeking committed volunteers to support voter education and engagement efforts through:

    • 📞 Phone banking to provide clear, accessible voter information
    • 💬 Text banking and relational outreach to connect with community members
    • ✍🏽 Postcard writing campaigns to increase voter awareness
    • 🚪 Door-to-door canvassing in targeted communities
    • 📲 Digital outreach and social media engagement

Volunteers help South Asians across Texas understand what’s on the ballot, how to vote, and why their voice matters. This is nonpartisan civic education focused on empowering informed participation.

    • Volunteers who are dependable and able to follow through on commitments
    • Strong communicators who can engage respectfully across diverse communities
