    Description

    Native Garden Maintenance

Join us for our monthly volunteer opportunity to help maintain native plant and rain gardens around our office. CRWC currently has three rain gardens and two native plant gardens that we need help maintaining.

This is a great opportunity to learn how to identify plants, how rain gardens capture stormwater and how native plants benefit water and wildlife.

Potential duties include: weeding, splitting plants, deadheading stems, planting, mulching, watering, and edging. Gloves and tools are provided. Master Gardener hours are available.

    Dates are: April 28, May 26, June 30, July 28, Aug. 25, Sept. 29, Oct. 27, 10 AM - Noon
