    As a 501(c)(3) startup, we prioritize high impact over high hours. This remote role requires 3 to 5 hours weekly. We offer total autonomy, asynchronous work, and bi weekly syncs to fit your schedule while you build a professional portfolio.

    Role Overview

    Do you love bringing people together for a good cause? We are seeking an Event Coordinator to lead the planning and execution of our fundraising and community awareness events. This role is vital for fostering community spirit and raising the funds necessary for our advocacy work.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage all logistical aspects of event planning, including venue, vendors, and permits.
    • Coordinate event registration and oversee event-day volunteer staffing.
    • Assist with event budget tracking to ensure maximum ROI for the foundation’s mission.
    • Work with the marketing team to ensure high community attendance and engagement.

    Essential Skills

    • Strong project management, budgeting, and leadership experience.
    • Note: We understand that large-scale event logistics can be complex; if you are not an expert in this area, we are looking for someone eager to learn our planning workflows and operational standards.
