Gentiva Hospice- Direct Care Patient Volunteer

We are looking for a Direct Care Patient Volunteer; this type of volunteer would be beside patient providing companionship and/or caregiver relief. Our patients are in need of someone who is reliable, dedicated, topic starter in conversation and one to genuinely spend their time getting to know the patient. This could look like talking with them, playing card games, looking through magazines, strolling through the facility (if it is a facility patient) or even playing music for them as they sleep. if this sounds like something you may be interested in.
