    About Bridginality

Bridginality is a global, youth-led platform connecting homeschooled and non-traditionally educated students through virtual workshops, clubs, and conversations focused on social connection, identity, and community. Our mission is to reduce isolation and create meaningful spaces for homeschooled teens across regions and cultures.

    Role Overview

Regional Event Facilitators support Bridginality’s biweekly virtual workshops by co-facilitating sessions within a global region. This is a collaborative role — facilitators work in pairs across time zones to ensure shared responsibility, accessibility, and consistency.

This role is ideal for homeschooled teens who enjoy leading discussions, creating inclusive spaces, and connecting with peers globally.

    • Collaborate closely with a regional co-facilitator based in Asia
    • Use provided workshop guides and materials
    • Foster a welcoming, respectful, and engaging environment for participants
    • Communicate with the Bridginality team via Slack
    • Share brief feedback after each session

    Eligibility Requirements

    • Must be homeschooled (including virtual schooling or other non-traditional education models)
    • Must be 14–18 years old
    • Must be based in Australia
    • Comfortable using Slack for communication
    • Interested in youth leadership, community building, or facilitation

    Time Commitment

    • Approximately 2–4 hours per month
    • Workshops occur twice monthly
