Volunteer with STAR (Sexual Trauma Awareness and Response)

Are you passionate about supporting survivors and making a meaningful impact in your community? STAR is currently seeking compassionate and dedicated volunteers to help staff our crisis hotline. Hotline volunteers provide a vital source of support, information, and hope to survivors and their loved ones. Through comprehensive training and ongoing support, volunteers gain valuable skills while helping ensure that no survivor has to navigate their healing journey alone. Join us in making a difference—your time and empathy can change lives. The position is completing virtual, after completing the training, volunteers sign up for two shifts a month and we transfer the lines for the interested shift.
